Could it have been a Google Custom Search [google.com] user that is running the ad in hopes of getting the AdSense revenue from the CSE SERP?

Perhaps the term "cheap tickets" is on one of those "adsense keywords" lists that seam to float around.

As far as I know "cheap airline tickets" is on of the most highly sought after search phrases. One thing I don't understand is why they would display the checkout cart.
