yea I spotted that too, doesn't Google use python everywhere?
I've got this too - but I can't actually fill it out as I get an error:
"Sorry, but the system has encountered an internal error and cannot go on with the interview at this stage"
Anyone else get this?
We understand that, due to a system error, some publishers are encountering problems when trying to access the survey. We recommend you try to access it again.

I got this, and started to fill it out. I was hoping to give some feedback about the ad targeting, competitive filter, and other aspects that might be improved.
But the survey starts asking questions about what percentage of my revenue comes from Adsense, which other networks I use, and so on. Screw that. That's my business, not Adsense's.
I filled it out. The first part is general but then i was able to give some feedback on bits i was interested in telling them about!
Done.. Give me my gift now ! ;-)

They already know your address and have a picture of your home via this Google Street thingy. If you tell them a lot of your income comes from AdSense and your home looks old and tired, maybe they will feel sorry for you and increase your EPC. :)

I guess that survey is hosted on Google but is managed by Confirm It research agency.
I was less that impressed to receive two of these (one a "why haven't you done it yet" followup after a couple of days) even though I've unchecked all possible check boxes in my account so as to get the minimum correspondence.
I get 10,000+ unsolicited emails per day. I don't want more.
The AS email tells me that I can disable further messages of that type by unchecking a box that I don't have in my account settings.
So I've written AS support a slightly stroppy note saying that their mailing does therefore count as (a) SPAM and (b) mishandling my personal data, so would they please fix it. No reply as of yet.
Wish don't need to fill the form to get an itouch. It'd be nice if they send everyone on Christmas :)
