Rotating adsense with other banners

Is there any program which offers banner rotation with adsense? I am using phpadsnow on couple of my sites, but I am not entirely sure how I can integrate adsense in it. Also since it adds a redirection link before the ad url, which I think might be against adsense’s tos. Ps. I am planning to implement this on m vBulletin forum and on few static pages.
