According to Facebook observer Nick O’Neill, Facebook is to launch their SocialAds on Nov 6 (in time for AdTech), allowing advertisers to target Facebook users both on the site and off. How likely is it that this means that the SocialAds will be like Adsense for webmasters, showing targeted ads for users logged onto Facebook, wherever they surf on the web?
Other analysts have been making noises that the ads will default to contextual MS Adcenter ads if the user is not logged to FB.
This might have the potential to change the existing state of affairs.
