The website is already receiveing pretyy good traffic from G, but there are still no relevant ads for my niche in my language. So, I'm wondering if it is possible somehow to have ads in english language (there are plenty of them, competition is big for that niche in english language) on my website, that has non-english content? or am I asking too much :) Thanks carpediem

If your ads do display in the wrong language, because your site uses 2 languages, G can give you a code to override automatic selection. But they specifically say that to use this code, the majority of the page must be in that language.

If clicks are coming from people who are unlikely to buy the advertised product, or maybe cannot read the ads at all, then you'll inevitably be smart priced back to where you started.

Surely this should work the other way round too, so if a site is in a non-english language, you would occasionally see an ad in english?
