Actually I was only viewing a report for referrals, may be the first question should be does someone else experience such a long time for rendering a reports for referral page? In the meantime this page has grown to 5MB with 6000 available referrals.
I think, not all publishers have access to all the Referral ads. They are being offerred by Publisher location and traffic origin., I think.
Google has preselected some ads for me which are not availabe in the referral list on the adsense interface.
AND I got a CONVERSION on one of the automatic selected ads. It may be noted that I did not select these ads for which I got a conversion, so maybe G does know best as to what to dispaly. After all they have tons of data to mine, while a publisher has only very limited data and some instinctive understanding of the website.
