AdSense / AdWords - Quality Score Corelated?

I have seen some dramatic changes due to smartpricing. It seems I have been smartpriced on and off a couple of times.

It seems like the quality score between AdSense and AdWords might somehow be corelated. I got de-smartpriced and then my AdSense AND AdWords campaigns targeted at a set of related keywords both shot up 200% overnight.

G claims there is no corelation between AdSense, AdWords and organic G results.

Are AdSense and AdWords corelated?

Great question . . .

Google has never come out on this . . .

but Adwords and Adsense DO share the same cache . . ..

Should be kept in mind then.
One may work on the Quality Score from both the AdWords and AdSense side.

So, if AdWords QS is a part of the algo, anyone not using AdWords might be losing out on QS variables. Might be worth to set up a small AdWords campaign with very good metrics.
