Today, I've seen it not just on the URL part of the ads but its on the Ads Header (title)

We accept google check out and we advertise via adwords. We have seen some variations of the ads. They are probally experimenting. They should be showing up on all ads for people who advertise and accept google checkout. Here is a good list.. [google.com...]
