I'm pretty new at Adsense, lots of SEO experience but new to Adsense.
With only a couple of months generating traffic, I got a couple of issues I wanted to fix with Adsense.
We had bad communication so I spent time changing all the ads from my sites (around 30 sites with 2 Adsense locations), after all was updated another customer rep made me change it all back.
After changing them, I notified them to make the needed changes and made a "small" complain for the time invested.
Adsense Customer Service "Dan" really made a difference with the reply he sent.
His explanation of the events was clear, complete and most important; the apology was more than sincere.
The only reply I could send was “You definitely are in the group of people that make Google better everyday”.
I like to complain when I don’t like something, I also want to share my good experiences with great companies and great people.
