I think it would be great if we had one thread with a wealth of adsense statistic data (no URLs).

So this is (imo) what should be included (from my website):

1. unique visitors a month/pages a month = 4000/40000
2. Income a month = $5-10
3. Website content = Religous
4. Website age = 8 months
5. Website size = n/a(include this if it is measureable)

And my new website just launched a month ago:
1. unique visitors a month/pages a month = 7000/60000
2. Income a month = not on adsense yet
3. Website content = cars
4. Website age = 1 month
5. Website size = n/a

Man, how did you get to 7000 visitors in your first month of of a website, were you spending money like water with PPC, TV adverts or you have 7000 friends or family :-)

Darkage.
If you had a bit more than 10 posts on this forum, I bet you would have known, that making small adsensers, average adsensers or big adsensers reveal their site statistics like that is almost impossible.

No one wants to tell the world about their adsense earnings.

But..
1. unique visitors a month/pages a month = 7000/60000
on a site that has been up for 1 month!? - MAN, I will pay you to tell me how you did that!

No one wants to tell the world about their adsense earnings.

really? if you had joined this forum a bit earlier, you would have recognized this legendary thread in march 2005:

[webmasterworld.com ]

but meanwhile i think it's not so easy anymore to draw the numbers from people. the talkativeness is over ;)
at least as i see it the op doesn't post figures that we are not allowed to reveal.

I find it strange that people on a forum down want to share out of their knowledge. Im not saying post out personal info like names or URLs just statistics.

I mean i could do the same and say its my "secret" on how my new website traffic exploded within the first month, but that wouldnt help anyone would it?

moti >> Thanks for the link, ill check it out.

So , how did your traffic explode in the first month

Do tell , do tell

Then , undoubtably all the guys with usefull figures will/might talk some more

my adsense figures are pathetic,, but like everyone else here , I'm learning,

So, if you can tell more about how you did that 7000 in month 1,,,

1. unique visitors a month/pages a month =
2. Income a month =
3. Website content =
4. Website age =
5. Website size =

actually , it might be an interesting benchmarking exercise

I think it helps to be cautious with details. Not only because it may land you in trouble (Google tend to be a bit wary about allowing publishers post any information about their stats) but people do do things like search Google for a username to locate sites. This may not be a big deal if your a big publisher with a thriving site, but smaller ones may struggle if every man and his dog sets up similar sites after you posted you generally earn $X dollars on your site.

Idris>>

You have the name of a prophet :)

Anyway, i agree with what you say. Maybe for someone some of those fields are a bit too "personal". Fair enough leave them out and fill the rest.

Dont want to give away exact numbers? Fill in a range. This thread is not about stealing ideas but sharing adsense statistics.

Regarding my new website, its based on unique concept that automatically generates new links (people are linking in). More info, when there are more statistics :)

5. Website size

What's website size? Tell me how to measure it and I'll tell you if mine is bigger than yours.

Jean >> the idea was that if you have a fix no. of pages you could add it there. With some sites, such as forums there is not a fix number so its n/a. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the window on the past moTi

Funny seeing how some members change over time

And where are all the rest that used to post back then?
it's like looking at a planet that was cleared and repopulated.

Adsense TOS prohibits you from reveiling your Adsense related statistics except for your total earnings. Providing us with both your earnings and page views equals giving us your ECPM, thus not allowed...
