Four and it's part-time too...
Five, but when I go to places like SES and PubCon I pretend to have a real job.
I'd like a real job.. 2 Pay Cheques. Too busy for now.
|2. Adsense + other types of advertisng on your site(s). |
are sufficient for you to live on.
2 - Yeah, we could live on this.
adsense, affiliates and sale of downloaded products
If I lived in a cardboard box in the woods then my adsense would be enough to live on. But it wont pay my real bills.
Now two years ago I was making big bucks from it.
My regular job gives me material for my website and my blogs. If I would have only Adsense, I would go crazy. I rest and relax 8-5 (regular job) and work 5-12 (Adsense).
1. Be a publisher and have Adsense revenues IS A REAL JOB
So please, update your post topic ;)
2. Please, add me to the list.
Adsense + my own product
<Never did like bosses>
adsense and contract work
Not only I dont have a real job, I dont have a real life either!
Ditto. 2. AS, product sales, other ads, various Ponzi schemes ;)
itty bit from adsense, big chunks from affiliate marketing.
Just finished college. Trying to find real work, but no one will hire me, so I have no choice but to rely on adsense.
=( Sadly adsense only pays about 1/3 of what my 9-5 pays. It's not a very well paid job either...
Please ignore me whilst I turn green with envy.
I have tried to expand into other areas, but with no success. Without driving huge increases in traffic to my main site (not really possible) it's reached a plateau. As to creating a new site, everything (well nearly) has been covered already. What ever I seem to think of, its already been done better.
Had this dream about a year and a half ago about escaping the corporate ball and chain and somehow making a living doing the things I enjoy. At the time I didn't know how I was going to do this and hadn't heard of Adsense.
I had this one site that I built a few years back that had plenty of traffic and a captive audience (No.. I didn't chain them to their PC's), but I didn't build the site to make money and it was really more of a hobby.
I still only have one site and the income generated pays the biils. I quit my old job three months ago and I now enjoy spending some time with my family and doing the things I want to do.
Even better, I don't spend money traveling to a place I don't want to be working on something I have no interest in. I am now on about a quarter of the salary I am on before, but I am probably ten times happier and to me that is more important.
I guess I'm still at the cardboard box in the woods stage!
Yess i dont have a job eighter
I earn more than enough with Adsense at the moment - but have recently taken on a couple of other business ventures because I am not convinced of the longevity of Adsense.
But I use other affiliate schemes as well, and take on the occasional outside client (its a bit of extra cash and gives me a bit of perspective.
Full time Adsense & other affiliates, I also sell domain names and do some PERL/PHP/JAVA/C/C++ consulting.
Full time Adsense and part time small business owner. I can always grow my brick and mortar business if something happened with my Adsense income.
No. I and my three partners own a web hosting/development/marketing company. Adsense is just gravy - mostly gas money. Unfortunately, gas keeps going up and Adsense keeps going down. YPN won't allow my site because of a mistaken idea about its content being too controversial or something.
Full time adsense and part time some other business.
