Massive Drop In The Rankings. Not Sure Why

Msg#: 4670257 posted 9:53 am on May 11, 2014 (gmt 0)

Have been lurking around and reading on this forum and would like to post now as I have snagged a problem.
Recently (2 days ago) I had a massive drop in rankings, some of my niches that was ranked page 1/2 in the searches are now not in the top 200.

I am not 100% sure what to do, whether this is google dance or not I don't know.

My domain shows when I search in google and there are no messages in WMT. Anything else I should look for?

My domain is roughly 1 year old if that helps.

Sounds like Penguin but I am not sure it has run yet.. I know I havent seen it yet.

How have you built your links?

Also, has the site dropped uniformly, or are the drops page-specific?

It seems that my niche pages are bouncing at the moment, but I have been building tiers and apparently as they index google can make your site bounce a fair bit.

Just have to ride the storm and see I guess.
