Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

You can do anything you like. Some people do spin articles and are able to make money from it. Those people tend to be penalized much faster by Google so I would not suggest this as a good way to establish a long term business model. If you are looking to break rules and don't care about the repercussions then spinning articles is a possible option.

If you are asking about how to spin articles you probably are not ready and prepared to abuse Google in order to make enough money before they penalize you. It is not easy to be a profitable black hat. Sure you can find out one or two tricks and make some quick money. Eventually those tricks will get shut down and then you will be lost. You need to be really smart and good at testing so you can stay ahead of the Google penalty tidal wave that will eventually hit. Personally I find it easier and more profitable in the long term to be legitimate and avoid the churn & burn business model.

For my own network of websites I don't spin articles. I create original content that users actually want to read. This attracts more users and backlinks to my website and thus helps feed into a more sustainable online business.

PS In the future please post longer and more detailed message, it is hard to respond to such a short post with so much missing information
