How Does Google Treat Using Strong/Bold within H1, H2 Tags

 3:31 pm on May 9, 2013 (gmt 0)

Purely specific to on-page SEO, how do SEs treat:

<h2><strong>This is my title</strong></h2>

How does Google treat it? I'm sure G's getting smarter. What about other SEs?

This type of "SEO" is something that may have worked for a week on some engines in the 1990s. It's long gone. You'd be doing yourself a big favor by ignoring such "techno loophole" approaches entirely.

Pay more attention to things like content quality and uniqueness, writing style, site organization and crawlability, user-friendliness, site promotion, and the company you keep on the web.

Thanks Robert. Just helps to know a little bit of technicality and history. I know the world is crying Panda and Penguin :)
