Is anyone else consistently getting out ranked by those who funnel millions of automated links to one page from junky blog comments (whatever they can get their hands on), then to another page, and then to another page, then FINALLY link to their actual site. The final page may only have a few links pointing to it but it has been funneled from millions of links creating their own 'spam' authority link.
The spammers are in essence washing their links, using more appropriate link variations and in doing so when they receive the link from their final washed page they rank VERY well, to the point where they rank in various ccTLD's in Google.
The entire thing is done though automated link building programs, they've just modified the technique and to me I don't really understand how they surpass the semi new Penguin and Panda box. We're talking 5 page sites, the use of x-rummer, SEnuke and tools of that nature.
I'm not going to lie, I used to buy links, that was the extent of my spam but this is true junk in the SERPS. The smarter ones are disguising the sites with better designs and 'faking' the homepage to make it look like a large authority site from first glance so they kill it on homepage conversions - which is all they are after.
Anyone else seen this and think Google will catch on, it's quite annoying.
