I am not sure you mean by submitting RSS feeds to other sites. Are you talking about having a rss feed link on your page for users to subscribe to? Or are you talking about actively submitting it to news aggregation type of sites?

@goodroi : There are some site which accept our feed URL like domainname.com/feed and fetch our content like blogger.com
Such sites are different than Ping
