| Google Giving Boost to Yelp - and sites with Yelp Reviews?

I was wondering if anyone else noticed Yelp pages suddenly taking position one in SERPs they watch. "your-city web design," "your-city dui lawyer," "your-city donate clothes" are examples of what I'm seeing. The latter case was brought to my attention when a client told me Yelp had been in to her office to solicit business. I went back to the office to find it held the first 5 positions in the search! Basically everything above the fold.
I also noticed, that sites that have been advancing seem to be those with Yelp reviews.

I'm not sure that Google intentionally zeroed in on Yelp, but this trend is definitely growing.
