Can Adding Product Feeds Create a Panda Problem?

Panda has me more than a little paranoid (after 9 months of fighting back, I finally saw a full recovery a few weeks ago), but I'm thinking about adding an affiliate product feed section on my site.

Even though the section could make me good money (and let me remove ads from the rest of my site), I'm nervous because I'd effectively be creating thousands of pages on my site that aren't unique. Every single word can be found somewhere else.

Now, I don't want (or care) about search traffic to this section. It's not intended as an entry point, but as a way to monetize my existing visitors a little more effectively.

Would I have anything to worry about on the Panda front if I:

1. Put the product feed content on a subdomain.
2. Noindexed the entire subdomain.

?

We run affiliate datafeed sites as well, some with 1M products.

Without offering your visitors something of value other than links to a merchant, best to noindex the entire directory...
