I notice my stats in HTML improvements reverted to an earlier data set yesterday, one that's at least a fortnight out of date. So this may not be the only bug.
I don't check the links in that often so I can't give a percentage, but they do seem to be down on what I remember. What's left is as much junk as genuine.

Darn, I didn't realize that area has also been affected. I would love to see the difference between improvements they are normally suggesting and those they were suggesting while what appears to be all actually important data was gone. Did you make a note of what was gone / what remained?

Mine are back as well and a disavow request I made a week ago has not kicked in yet, according to GWT anyway.
Now if only I could see my "not selected" numbers again to make sure I don't have any rogue unwanted pages kicking about in Google's brain I'd be happy.

Mine are also back, but I have HTML improvements reverted to an earlier data.
And puf, the excluded pages, now called indexed ever keeps increasing....I fixed the soft 404 errors on the 8/1

... and that's the exasperating part. They're not changed, improved or updated; it's simply the same information that used to be there. If it was something mechanical like moving the database to a new server or upgrading the coding language, couldn't they just say so?
