It's been like that here for months with many of my SERPs, the biggest offender even has on their advertising page that they duplicate every page on top of having doorway pages to them. MONTHS.

Not sue if you were talking to me "Is there a difference in monetary value for the phrases that still rank compared to those that were hit? are some terms about a product that could be bought online and others not?"
But, I have a skincare site - all phrases are product related and can be bought online.

So since Panda/Pandoorway Google still cannot detect hundreds of page of duplicate content in doorway pages where the ONLY difference is a state a town a city or County name!
We have for the last 14 years been white hat supplying up to date information to assist our users and we will stay that way.
Google will continue to promote black hat techniques whilst "pretending" their search engine is able to combat this fundamental issue.
Way to go Google, TOS you cannot even comply with - congratulations.

@EarWig it's worse than that; each of the content pages is duplicated to within a 99.8% match, only difference is they add two extra words to the duplicate page's URL, Title, Description and H1. There have been times that those are together in the SERP for a query. Spam reports to G go unnoticed or ignored. It's goes all the way into old school on-page spam like a large, keyword stuffed paragraph of internal links on the bottom of most every page.
I actually think I know why G is getting gamed by this but that's being generous saying it's not altogether G's fault.

There has been one of those on page 1 in my sector for a long time which has now vanished, so there is some hope.
My own Home page has vanished too, however, so that hope is of less comfort than it might have been.
