You no longer have to browse through tons of different options in order to find the correct form. It also now allows you to highlight and blackout the page you saw SPAM or inappropriate results on. I think Google might be getting a little more serious about using user feedback in its rankings, but perhaps that might be going a little far in terms of assumptions. Worked in Firefox while logged in, not in Chrome while logged out.

msg:4498739 | 5:22 am on Sep 23, 2012 (gmt 0) | Sounds good. They have been improving their feedback functionality in recent months. It now feels like Google really does want user feedback. I still don't expect manual action in response, That's just the way things are. But if this helps them get better user input they can use to improve the algo and SERPs, then that's a good thing.
