You can set your "Geographic target" in Google Webmaster Tools to the UK (find it in Configuration > Settings). This will help Google identify your site as being UK targeted, but probably won't completely remove it from US searches.

@sunnyujjawal you may simply block your website for US country & create a custom web page Or sub-domain then redirect your domain[primary] to that webpage or sub-domain for US country & you can put a message like "Not available in your country" or like that. I hope it'll help

| never do that...it will be fatal...you might accidentally block the search engine bots as well...Just go with a .co.uk domain or if it is .com, use WMT to specify the targeted region. Google will normally have to filter such sites for other countries but they don't do that always these days. But as long as it isn't your issue you needn't have to worry...

Indyank is right, Googlebot generally comes from a U.S. IP and even if you whitelist it you may inadvertently block the human evaluators that google hires around the globe, including the U.S. The best IP blocking software will also not be 100% accurate 100% of the time. Google Webmaster Tools is your best bet, it's actually a great service from Google and it works.

@indyank & Sgt_Kickaxe My mean was: If any person is not serving any services in US country; and So person don't want to get visit from US then its easy way to redirect particular country visitor to specified custom landing page. | use WMT to specify the targeted region |
| this can be help also but it'll not remove webpages from Google.com & show only in Google.co.uk; It'll show in the both cases webpages will show in SERPs might be ranking position will different.

Using a .co.uk domain, hosted in the UK and with targetting set as UK, I find the visitor stats will often be: UK >90% and US <5%.
