G send me a notification regarding unnatural links.

1. Now if i manually remove those links, will G remove that negative impact from those links and how much time it can take.

2. If i don't have access to remove some unnatural links or placed by some other person how I can request G not to consider those links.

I've actually had one site with the message in WMT go up in traffic by about 60% even with this message, and even with them rejecting my reinclusion. I'm still about 50-60% down from panda though.

Google seems to be being rather thorough. If you can't remove most of the bad links they probably won't change anything.

It doesn't hurt to try reinclusion in my experience though.

sunnyujjawal - Most of the current recovery discussion is on this thread...

Penguin Recovery Tips - a think tank thread

The subject has been the main topic of discussion for several weeks now, so using site search might be helpful if you want to get a thorough grounding in what's happened.

If i don't have access to remove some unnatural links or placed by some other person how I can request G not to consider those links.

Lots of people are asking that question, and there's probably no one answer. It most likely varies according to circumstance, how hard you try to remove the links, and whether Google might like your site for other reasons. This thread discusses the problem under one set of circumstances at length....

I doubt that Google would hurt any site for something like that - unless they've got no other real backlinks... and then you're not being penalized, you just don't rank or even deserve to rank.

Especially if you didn't get one of those "unnatural links" notices, you can relax.
