| GoogleBot still crawling old IP address after a week

Been checking my HTTP logs and the only traffic I'm still getting to the old server is from a Googlebot from one particular IP address (confirmed IP address is from Google). How can I tell this GoogleBot that it's crawling the wrong server so I can finally shut it down?
