You might get a few good weeks out of the new location - until Panda runs again, that is. Then, unless you have resolved the root issue that Panda was demoting, it's very likely that using the same content will attract the same treatment.
1. The articles just "talked" about what the end user really wanted and never provided it (coupons). So visitors would visit the site and then immediately return to Google. 2. All the articles are cookie cutter articles.
The articles will be the same but I will actually be offering the end user what they want.
The articles will also be placed on a much larger website which will help with all the articles looking exactly the same.
Now, should I just let the domain noindex it's way out of Google or should I redirect that domain? Can any harm or good come from either?
