Ive seen this around for a couple of weeks already.

I saw it briefly a few days ago as well. Unfortunately I'm not going to be joining the + craze and I search with my google account logged OUT more often than on since I need to see what Jane and John Doe see, not stuff targeted just for me.
It's getting harder and harder to end up on a 3rd party website when you visit Google, finding a good site is the goal when visiting a search engine, and this won't help.

Seen it for at least 3 weeks now.

I agree, been in the Google SERP for several weeks where I'm at, probably less though for some db.
In a related topic, that little bit of code sure can slow up a site. Quite a bit of remote scripting needs to load. GWT Site Speed tool shot way up after I installed the +1 api. When I removed it a week later, load time improved 27%.

Well, this may not be as noticeable if you don't have many friends with the same interest.

Same here. In fact, I designate Chrome as my cookie-clean, no-history browser for seeing 'real' Google SERPs.
As for Google+, I wish they'd hurry up and get this thing out beta-invitation only phase. I don't have a profile yet and I'm dying to see what all the buzz is about.

When I logged in to gmail account, I Saw one of my sites (that I google plus) on first page. logged out, dropped down to fourth page!
Has Google Plus become a part of personalized search?

What you guys were seeing in the serps before now was the sites that were "plus oned" by someone in your network.
What they are talking about here is putting Posts that people are making in their google plus account into the search results. You were able to "plus one" any posts on google plus, but they weren't showing up in the search results.

Littlegiant, Google plus is out of beta...anyone can get it.
I haven't seen this occurrence just yet but Google plus to me is like Facebook; I don't use either except to test the waters of SEO and reconnect with people I lost touch with. It would be interesting to see if these get posted but does anyone know how to delete a google plus post?

Hmmm... that's strange. I just went there a minute ago and I'm still getting the same message:
"Google+ is in limited Field Trial. Right now, we're testing with a small number of people.... We've temporarily exceeded our capacity. Please try again soon."

Alanhbush - there's a small arrow next to each post w/ a drop down menu that allows you to delete a post.

@Littlegiant - strange, I could have sworn it's out of beta. Refresh your cache or try a different browser?
@garyv - Thanks mate!
