Seeing 4 different types of results on Google via various access/ log-ins

I am seeing different results on google. cookie cleared
1. login results newer results
2. loged out older results
3. seeing un filtered results on co.in
4. comcast.net seeing a combination
of the 3

I think one key to understanding this variation is very nicely explained by a recent Google patent that Bill Slawski wrote about recently:

How Google Might Classify Queries Differently at Different Data Centers [seobythesea.com]

To understand why I say that, first appreciate that these days Data Center not longer means IP address. There's some very sophisticated processing that goes on for each query to decide where to send it, and that may not be reflected in the IP address.

I'd say that the four variants you've identified are just the tip of a iceberg!
