I set up a Contextual Dynamic Footer Links that will change the footer links according to the content of the page.

After 3 months I checked on Google Webmaster Tools and i cannot see any internal links from the footer links.

I tried site explorer as well and it cannot see the internal links from the footer. :(

I would suggest keeping it as simple as possible for Googlebot, besides Google greatly devalues footer link.

A concur that Google devalues footer links almost completely. Links in the left or right gutter below the fold do slightly better. Breadcrumb and tab navigation above the fold appear to me to be effective.

I also think that Google does not like blocks of more than 10 links. And Google does not like repetitive anchor text within blocks of links.

In other words, there are some links you put on the page only to pass pagarank around internally. Google knows this and frowns on it. Try to find navigation that features what you want to pass your pagerank to that users actually use.

@goodroi are you sure about that? I just check a competitor who hides the footer links via CCS and they ranked quite well.

@deadsea the purpose of my dynamic footer links
1)to increase the pageviews
2)increase the index pages

Just like related posts WP-Plugin

And yes i do have breadcrumbs.

Don't take my word for it. Do some research and testing yourself and see how much link juice flows via footer links.
