| SEO & PPC for Same Site - Any Negative effects

msg:4316746 | 7:30 am on May 24, 2011 (gmt 0) | HI, 1) Doing SEO for a site. 2)In the same site under the folder "/PPC/ all the pages of the site exists which are used for doing Ad Words Campaign. this folder has been restricted by Robots.txt eg: www.asasasas123.com - used for SEO Campaigns www.asasasas123.com/PPC/ - used for Ad words Campaign Will their be any negative impact (duplicate Issues) on this site with respective to Google as we are doing both SEO and PPC for the same site.
