A good side to farm algo update

I was hit hard by the last algo update. In 5 years, this is the first time G's changes have affected me and i don't know for sure why it happened. Aside from the traffic drop, what pisses me off the most is that scrapers outrank me. This was a problem G solved a couple of years back, but now, it reapeared.

To come back to the title of the thread... what i've seen in the last 12h or so, is that a lot of the scrapers have taken down my content from their servers ...

The second thing on the plus side is that these changes are showing me who plays dirty in my field. They are in the top first 5 results... I always had a feeling they are not right, but seeing them float to the surface like that is a whole different story

Re whom you see at the top. Now, you know who are the "bad" guys. Time to rat them out.

Also, there's this site in one niche I found that had the most outstanding content, IMO (it was being tweeted around today). It was a blog labeled as a content farm. Looks like I'm in good company. And it also looks like his profile is similar to mine, in terms of heavily scraped content. That's one pattern I'm seeing.
