Correct me if I am missing a thread on this already ...
Yesterday, started to see a faint header/menu on Google that was different than before -- light grey and almost AdWords'esque, rather than just white space, with a "Sign in" link and "Search settings/iGoogle/Privacy" dropdown on the far right.
Today, I am seeing a slightly larger font size used for the URL of each result -- probably just a point or two bigger, but definitely noticeable. This applies to URL's for organic and paid results, as well as the source/author for news, video, etc.
The latter change interests me more than the former. Google obviously wants to make sure that you know what website you're visiting, but at the same time, those keyword rich domains (specifically the bolded text that comes along with it) are now even more eye-catching than before.

Maybe I missed this but does anyone else see a new Google home page interface? I no longer have the option to disable personalized search that I can see.
From what I remember there was 3 links in the upper right and corner and now I just have sign in and an image of a gear representing settings. I don't see an option to disable personalized search under settings.

I am now seeing the new interface too. The upper right login has changed, there are blue tabs above the selections at the top left and for the first time( in my niche at least), the set location seems to actually change the results . Serps are still bouncing around quite a bit. Wonder if that's going to be the new "normal".
This afternoon I decided to check out Bing for the rest of the day. I must say, the results are considerably better than Google. I like their page layout better.
