It seems like a logical thing to do to me - another signal about who your website really represents. I suppose that could considered be more "authority" for your business name. Not earth-shaking, in my opinion, but not problematic either.

Seems to me that webmasters want all sorts of incoming links but are very stingy on what they link out to. Perhaps Google places good value on your choice of outgoing links too. I wouldn't overdo it but I also would definitely not discount the idea.

I would say it wouldn't harm you. Whether or not you see it indirectly benefiting your sites authority score, IMO likely not -- but trial and error and see how it goes.

I guess it can be a good idea as you are simply directing your site visitors to a page where they can see reviews about your services/products and even get directions to reach your shop along with other basic information (parking facility, etc).
