Wow - that is some test. I wonder if they are thinking about the right column for some other possible purpose.

Saw this once today. I really wish they'd stop testing. Whatever layout changes they're making impressions for the same spot are down 25% again today. This may explain that.

I've been seeing this the last two days and it's the only layout get now. This is the exact order of the layout that I have. Google AD Google AD Google AD Related searches: 4 Results Horizontal Search Results Google AD Google AD Google AD Searches Related to *Keyword 4 Results Vertical in Two Columns Finally the Page Navigation It makes the page so long with only 10 organic search results. I can guarantee this is going to deter people from viewing more pages. I can take a screen shot if anyone is interested.

I mentioned this the other day in the adwords forum Hi, I just noticed that when logged in to google and when I do a search for local stores the google map has moved to the right column and moves down the screen as you scroll. This covers all the adwords ads on the right hand side and will crush any ctr. Do you think its a flaw or something new google is rolling out? |
| I only noticed this for about a day last wk and have not seen the map on the right hand side since. BTW when this happened the results page showed: Listings 1-3 organic Listings A-E referring to local spots on the map After the local there were a few more organic results but I cannot remember how many more. AdWords in Japan has very often shown ads on both the top and the bottom since a few years before. It's not a test but a normal feature that was officially announced. So, it's possible the feature will be introduced at Gooogle.com.
