i did a search for someone recently and their facebook profile was the #7 result.
after the typical "Firstname Lastname | Facebook" title link there was a list of 5 friends in grey font (#676767) in this format:
Friends: Firstname Lastname, Firstname Lastname, Firstname Lastname, Firstname Lastname, Firstname Lastname
i hadn't noticed this or seen it mentioned before.

i just checked again and the list of friends has changed since first looked, although if i refresh or try another browser it is doesn't change.

not every facebook listing in results returns the name list.

I see it too, and along with it comes a most awful feeling of being invaded and violated. This is at least as bad as the Buzz fiasco, IMO. Time to fix that Facebook privacy option that I've been delaying.

I jusrt did a search for my name and I get an ad with something like this.. ( top result)

My Name
www.facebook.com Find my name on Facebook. Sign up now.

My name is quite unique and there is no one else on the net with my name. I really don't think facebbook should be able to advertise like this..

I'm pleased to find that the privacy settings seem to work.
