A day ago i've seen new kind of links that ware labeled as related commercial links on the right side of results, but those links ware directing back to realted search results. Links ware just one/two keyword long.
I guess it could be an mistake that someone placed code of "Related Keywords" into "Commercial realted Keywords" or they might test new kind of "one line" sponsored links.
So in the usual Adwords position, instead of ads you saw links to related Google searches -- searches that happen to have commercial results. In other words, those "related" links themselves aren't ads at all except for the fact that Adwords might be present on the SERP you get if you do click.
Google tests a lot of things - sounds like a rather complex one.
Off topic, but may be related, i have started noticing all our websites in SERP have a label beside it - Country name. I apologies if this may have been discussed before but I do not understood it correctly hence posting here to see otherís view and knowledge on this to help me understand this better. i.e. all our website have beside its url written as - United States. I am not sure how Google did this whether to mark our site for regional weighing on US or does it recognizing it as hosted in US? Primarily we are an India based company with subsidiary in the US and UK. I do not see the real reason yet except above two noting of why it could be marked for US (the sites are hosted on servers in US and indeed a c corp in existence in US) but all site offers is global services and focus on Western Countries and India.
