Today as usual I logged into GWT and the messages at the top is missing for all of my websites.

"Googlebot has succesfully accessed you homepage.
Pages from your website are included in the google index."

Both are missing for all of my websites.

A few months ago just the first one went missing.

Has anyone else ever seen this happen with your GWT?

Are you being asked to re-verify? That's relatively common.

Hey Tedster, nope Im not being asked to re-verify. I talked to a few friends of mine in a totally unrelated business with different GWT accounts and they are seeing the same thing as us.

Both messages have just dropped out for all of our sites and all of my friends GWT accounts. Wierd stuff.

Is the above statement necessary? In GWT you can check when your sitemap was last downloaded, how many pages from your site are in Google index, etc. I would think this should accomplish the same as the two sentences.

Only when logged into the wrong account. You don't have multiple accounts with Google, do you? I have one for business and a personal one too. That's the only way I've seen it.
