What to do about possible mass spammer in results?

I stumbled across a website that has copied the data from my website and then found it has also set up numerous subdomains and doing similar to thousands of others. 25,000 results come up when I searched for the domain. When I try to click on any of the links including the main domain it only brings up Forbidden. Even the cached pages bring up Forbidden even though they appear in the searches when I search for a certain phrase from my site.

Who do I send this info to?
thanks

There are four main options for communicating with Google, and the details are listed in the Google Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com].

However, don't expect immediate action. In most cases, Google prefers to study the situation and understand how to improve the algo so it doesn't miss whatever the spammer did to get past it. Quick, manual adjustments are rare these days.

Pele,
I've noticed this too. Alot of forbiddens when I click the link from my google alerts.

They're possibly cloaking and showing content only to google. I think firefox has an add on so you can spoof that you are google and I'd bet the content shows up.

I almost wondered if it was one of my competitors that had paid someone to do this to devalue our pages. I have reported the ones I found, but who knows if that will make a difference.

I'll check that out. Thought they would want to look at the domain.

I've seen the pages that scrape content from my site but I never came across one like this before.

Were the ones you noticed 25,000 results? Maybe it's the same one.
:)

Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place, I only posted this on webmasterworld because it seemed to be affecting so many other websites too. Hope this isn't some new spam trick.
thanks!
