I have a site. I added about 1000 pages recently. I noticed within a day google started to crawl the site. I assumed it would be in the index within a day. A week later it seems none of the pages are in the index (when I do a search on title in quotes G says nothing with this text). So here are is my question. Should I simply wait. Has anyone seen this type of delay but eventually got into the index.
Should I change the pages. If its not a waiting game I think I might know the problem. Each page has minimal content. A few sentences that are unique and a few sentences that are the same on each page. Should I take away the sentences that are the same on each page.

Some pages get indexed within minutes - and some get crawled but never make it into the index at all. It depends on many factors, mostly around the overall strength and authority of the site involved.
In addition to checking for an exact phrase, you can also type the url of the page directly in the search box and see if you get a result of not. Sometimes a URL is sort of "partially" indexed - that is, you can find it only by the most top-level searches (such as its URL) but the internal content does not get retrieved.
