the simple answer is, it never existed.
When I get a chance I'll go back and find the several threads on it and post them here.

well they god rid of the google bomb for the term: failure
this must be a new one with low search volume/traffic. if it was anything substantial im sure google would make necessary action to adjust the algorithm. + im sure new ones are created every day.
