Special travel SERPS - How to get these?

For several queries related to train travel time tables, I have noticed special google SERPs. These show up as a little train image with an indented meta description next to them. They appear on top.

One of our clients has asked us to try and obtain such a listing, but frankly... We are completely baffled. The 'special' result showing now is from a company that is not relevant to our country and we have no idea what is causing them to show up like this.

Any ideas?

Is it anything like the special "Flight" results that we discussed here:

Yes, only that you cannot directly order AND that the result is not entirely relevant from a geolocation perspective. Its just a bare serp with a little image next to it.

So yes, it is another type of travel "OneBox" - which we never got get to the bottom of last year, either.

Maybe someone has turned up something definitive in the meantime. Last year's threads had third party hearsay from two reported Google sources who contradicted each other.
