| Special travel SERPS - How to get these?

These show up as a little train image with an indented meta description next to them. They appear on top. One of our clients has asked us to try and obtain such a listing, but frankly... We are completely baffled. The 'special' result showing now is from a company that is not relevant to our country and we have no idea what is causing them to show up like this. Any ideas?

Maybe someone has turned up something definitive in the meantime. Last year's threads had third party hearsay from two reported Google sources who contradicted each other.
