Facebook the new Wikipedia in Search Results?

What a shock today! Facebook everywhere!

Commercial, tutorial, non-commercial, news searches ... all of them returning Facebook profiles in the top 10 results.

e.g. "blue widgets" returning Blue Widgetting Company's profile on Facebook.

e.g. "some charity" returning Charity Some's personal profile on Facebook.

Hopefully, with most of these showing in the number 4 position this is just a glitch!

Are you seeing this across many niches? I'm not running into it so far on my searches.

Sorry, should have put Google.co.uk searches ... we're always a testing ground for any new daft idea at the plex.

I'm in the UK and I don't see facebook replacing Wikipedia.

So are you looking in a particular niche?
