I had some PR gains, no losses there. But I did lose sitelinks on some sites. Sure wish I could figure that out.

Plz I wanna know this badly!
My Blog is still no PR
I started blogging in the mid of September
Blog contains 45 posts, almost all original content, cool design, 11 backlinks with cool blogs, plus i also submitted my blog to many free blog directories, i have 3 comments on my blog, unique visitors=10 in avg
I also use google analytics, statcounter, but yet my blog is still no PR--I see the same old gray bar in the google toolbar
Plz any suggestion for me? Coz I am a poor guy and I want to earn few bucks through Google adsense and I need visitors for that. But I am not getting any visitors at all. Why am I getting no PR?
Is it all about the less no of posts in my blog?
Plz help me!

The Page Rank that gets "voted to" your page is basically calculated by how much PR the linking page has, divided by how many links that page has in all. Then there are other factors, such as Google deciding not to give certain sites any PR at all - especially when they are not really what Google calls a "freely given editorial vote". Many free directories have no PR power at all these days. Another situation is where a link is only given value for a short time and its value falls away rather fast.
It sounds like your blog doesn't yet have enough backlink attention from other powerful pages and sites around the web, John. There are many actions you can take to promote your blog - but that discussion falls outside the topical area of this forum.
