Would Google consider links in a tab as hidden text and/or links? kamikaze Optimizer msg:3724671 12:07 am on Aug 17, 2008 (gmt 0) I am thinking about putting some links such as my latest articles and related articles (all internal links) in a tab in the main navigation but still having the links show in the page source.
I which to do this as I am trying to clean up the page layout. I was wondering if Google would consider this as hidden text and/or hidden links.
I am not in a position to do anything grey or black.
I thank you in advance for your insight on this.

If an obvious user action (a click or a hover) makes those links visible to the end user, then there's no problem. Standard hover menus and accordion menus are in widespread use, and they do this without any push-back from Google at all. kamikaze Optimizer msg:3724782 6:38 am on Aug 17, 2008 (gmt 0)
