There are a few related discussions which may well contain the information you need: Reconsideration requests - anyone with experience? [webmasterworld.com] Google Reconsideration Request - for rapid link building [webmasterworld.com] You will likely find others via a site search [webmasterworld.com] Most likely you will not get a response to your reconsideration request, although it will be read by someone at Google, so choose your wording carefully, and ensure your site will pass a strict manual review. I've never filed a request, so I don't have any first hand experience to pass on, I'm afraid.
