I created a software, and a website to sell it. That was over 3 months ago.
It got crawled by google, but for some reason it doesn't appear on search for my keywords, or very very burried. On the other hands, lots of warez site page with my software appear on the result much before my site, for my keywords.
Is there anything to do against this ? I find it horrible that warez site comes first on results for my keywords, instead of the original softwar's site (mine).

The problem may be that at three months, your own website is too young and the warez sites are quite well established.
Yes, that seems quite horrible. If there is legal action you can take to protect your own intellectual property, do that, or at least begin to communicate to the warez sites about that. Consider a DMCA complaint.
Also, use your Webmaster Tools account reports to see if there is anything you can do to imporve your own site. Plus, having the verified site ownership gives you an authenticated communication line to Google. That may not be enough to "prove" that the software is your creation, but it sure helps.
