Hello,

I'm purchasing an existing website and moving it to my server - so the following changs will take place

New dedicated Ip Address
New nameservers
New whois record

Will this affect the existing rankings of the website on google?

Thanks

Loren

No it will not if you keep the same content. Changing content does not mean it will lose rank either. It just could if you change it too much. It could rank better if you make it better. I have done this many times.
