I just saw it, with a horizontal rule underneath the first three pages returned, followed by a link to another search for search-term (geographic area) where #4 would generally be, then another three followed by another horizontal rule and the final four.
Added: That geographic location has absolutely nothing to do with my location, it's across the ocean from me; and yes I'm been signed in and it couldn't be plainer where my ISP is located.

Incidentally, the three pages following the horizontal rule in the searcj results, #4, #5 and #6 are all specific to that other country/location - quite far to the west of Calif. (where I am) - across a big ocean. And the original search was two words "country keyword," with the country being in middle of Europe, not in the middle of the Pacific.
