When I do a search for a "keyword" in Google and find a page from my site, then copy the url and paste it into google search it says : Your search - http://www.example.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=2012 - did not match any documents.
Suggestions: Make sure all words are spelled correctly. Try different keywords. Try more general keywords. Try fewer keywords.
How could this be when the page is indexed and searchable? I am wondering if it is a problem with Asp pages.

Is that the exact url that is listed in the search results - or does your server redirect in some way? In other words, are you copying directly from the SERP, or clicking through first and then copying from the address bar?

I noticed its not just my asp sites its many sites that come our under a query string page. How could you be searchable bo google for something and show up in Google, but when you paste the url that the item shows up under Google says page does not exist when they are the ones who display those pages to begin with?

Hi Ted, Thanks for asking,
Yes when I paste in the exact url from Google Search Results. Oh ALso I have tried both ways from the G. Search results and then when that did not work I click in and try that copying and pasting from the exact page and neither work.
Also I would like to add that I was listed in Monstermarketplace until 2 days ago. Could that have anything to do with it? THanks
