Google.co.uk - SERPs different in different countries

The page i monitor was showing different SERP-s on Google.co.uk in my country(BG) and in UK. In my country it was #1 for a "keyword" and #2 for "keyword" in UK! It was one and the same on the next day. Is it a result of updating G's index? Does it last like a day or more?
