Ok what is the latest on if you transfer a well ranked domain to a new server and the register information will change as well(web company put their name in the register info before).

Anyway I can insure no loss from google? Can I do something Google Sitemaps? Or should I not worry?

It's the URL and the content that counts.

Provided the move from server to server is OK - and it can lead to down time of up to 48 hours if not handled right - and the content is the same, then ranking should not be affected.
